Summary: Opposite attract that people keep asking about

No one can understand their relationship. It’s kind of weird and one of a kind. No one can say they were together nor can they say that they were just friends. Yeah, they were definitely in love. That kind of in love where you can’t help but want to fall in love with that person and everything that falls with it. That kind of honest love. 

It was the first for River. He couldn’t understand it too. Were they supposed to fall in love? Or was it just friendly? Was it just him that loved? He knows her by few years back. Never thought they will be pair again. 

This is crazy. Definitely. Megan didn’t hear any news about him for a long time and now he was with her. Be her love partner. They both are opposite. He the playful one while she is the submissive – reserved one. She pushes him away but he keeps on coming.

River wants to dig Megan inner personality. He knows her. He knows her insecurity in open her heart. Her wall is too high to cross over. River does the entire thing he normally do with close friend. Joking, playing prank and doing silly thing. He definitely is such an idiot but a hot weird idiot.

They become close. From just a formal Hi and Hello, they can talk comfortably. And so they talked, talked and talked until texts were sent almost all the time. Cause it was never boring with River and Megan. It came to that day when they basically memorized each other’s schedules and always met up with their friends.

People around them want to smack their head. Watching their sweet talk, their gesture and they felt they will vomit. It’s annoying. Frankly Bii always want to disappear when they start to speak in low voice. “Hey, hello friend. I’m here too by the way”

Don’t ask how the production crews have to deal with their cheesiness. Most of the times they have to be force to separate this two away but eventually in a blink of eyes River and Megan are back together. They in their own world when they together. What the fuck, why the fuck.

Fan start to ask about their relationship. Are they real or that was just a marketing strategies. If it’s only for boosted the viewer rating, they definitely did a great job. However River and Megan side just let the news floating and die on its own. As if there is noting to talk about. Gradually, the public didn’t really need any confirmation that they were dating or just friends. It was up to the people what they wanted to think.

After all that, they still weren’t together. Their friendship had gone to normal hang outs to random ‘Hey, I’m outside your apartment. Open up. I bought food.’ And they would chill at each other’s house for hours, just the two of them (sometimes with friends too). They cuddle. His favorite spot would be Megan’s lap. ‘It’s warm and comfy. Always makes me want to cuddle with you all the time.’ River said when Megan asked her. And they continue watching their movies, bickering when either one of them thought the movie was boring. Sometimes, they fall asleep on the couch. Megan would always her head on his chest. She said it was the most comfortable spot. Times like this they think of being together but it just doesn’t go deep, the thought.

The routine keep on going. Like they could never want to be apart. One will die or one will lost oxygen if neither one is not around. Mandy or Johnny knew it will be waste of time if anyone tried to separate this two. When other friend ask about their friendship, it’s always the same answer either from River or Megan “We are best friend and we just over attached”.

“River, are we together?” One day Megan asks out of the blue.

“Of course we are together. Together in this room” River answered when they both were alone inside a hotel room after wrapping a scene. 

“Not that together. I mean together as if in together”

River stops his scrip reading and look at Megan. Holding her hand he answered her with a smile.

“Love, I don’t think we need to make any declaration about us. I love you and I know you love me too. We both were comfortable in what we have now. Let’s cherish this feeling and built up a stronger relationship before we decide to face the world”

Megan was touched by his words and it made her jump into his arm. Hug him tightly. She kisses his check.

“I do love you. Let’s do this. Be together” Megan said in low voice with her lips were under his.

River catches her lips and they kiss passionately. 

The world can wait for them.
